One of our top priorities is to protect the environment and the health and safety of the people who work for us and use our products. The effective management of health and safety and protection of the environment are integral to our business success and determines our license to operate.
Everyone at Syngenta is accountable for health, safety and environment (HSE) and we work hard to foster a caring culture wherever we operate. The strategic direction of our well-established, global HSE management system is set by the Syngenta Executive Committee, the company’s top management group. Our line managers are responsible for implementing policy. We set targets and report on our performance.
